Flassan is located at the foot of Mont-Ventoux (western slopes). The village itself boasts superb architecture. The plain is partially cultivated in the west, then the hills rise quickly from 400 m to 1054 metres in altitude. Very picturesque due to its narrow streets, arches and incredibly richly coloured  ochre-red buildings. In the vicinity of the village are the remains of the Vaubonne castle.

  the Saint-Jean chapel (4km o the north east) restored in a clearing on a woody summit,  
  the Saint-Marc oratory (XIXth century),
  the Saint-Pierre oratory.
